Shipping and returns

As easy as possible.

Here at Pro-Earth, we stock and ship certain items from our Canadian store. Handling times may vary from 1-3 days and shipping terms are determined by your method of choice. 

Regardless of your order, we guarantee shipping and order accuracy.

When receiving your order, we ask that you please inspect the accuracy of it and contact us immediately if you have concerns or to inquire about returns and reimbursements. 

If the product does not correspond with your order (color, size...) we will be offering a full reimbursement. Goods may be required to be returned to us unused.

If you are sending us a return request, please do so by email (info@pro-terre.ca) and include order details and pictures of the product in question for a timely response.
